If there was a piece of you that completed you.

If you could feel it somewhere out there.

The pairing of a blanket and a pillow. Belonging.

A shining star, my salvation, my friend.

All the elements obey your command.

No more separation, we’ve all won.

O shining star, we are one.

Hearts joining, filling, climbing, whirling.

Dancing, singing, spinning, winning.

If God looked on his pair, he would smile.

and the moon and the stars were the gifts he gave.
