Ever imagine what it would be like to pack up just about everything in your life to store away for more than a year so you can live like a nomad? It’s sure not like packing for a long trip, let us tell you… It’s very strange.

Neighbors, friends, family all adjusting to the idea while our house goes on the market and the for sale signs go up. A little sad and scary all at once watching the people around us that we love and interact with every day freak out while they adjust.

Are we crazy, selfish or brave? I know many people think of touring the country in an RV, they tell us so when they hear what we’re doing, but life has a way of happening and pretty soon that whatever that we longed to do seems like an impossibility.

Not feeling any excitement yet, still too many tough decisions to make, hard work and preparation to occur.
