Autumn Cabin (a poem)

Autumn Cabin

a poem by thinkcarebelieve

~

Oh little cabin in autumn wood,

a very peaceful kind of hood.

The inside calls me when I tire,

To come and warm up by the fire.

Oh how I crave its cozy nook.

To draw or paint or read a book.

A window to look outside and dream,

overlooking a woodland stream.

But I’d be happy anywhere,

just as long as you are there.

Cozy couch on which to cuddle,

quality time without the scuddle.

This place I travel to in my dreams,

through starry night sky, on moonbeams.
